At IGA Village Market we endeavour to provide our customers with the best products. Our top priority is the safety of our customers and their families - we take every possible measure to fulfil that. This means alerting our valued customers when we have a product recalled by our suppliers.
On a rare occasion it is possible that a supplier may have issues with a product's quality, safety or errors in packaging. We ensure that when these do occur we act swiftly and efficiently to ensure such products are removed from the store. Any product that does not meet governmental or our own standards in any of these areas will be efficiently removed from sale and we will notify customers via our customer service team, website, Facebook and instagram.
